Processing time: The processing time for Vietnam visa approval letter by www.getsetfly.in is 2-3 working days (normal service) or 1 working day (urgent service) except Saturday and Sunday (weekend). The processing time should be started to calculate from the next business day after the documents and the payment are delivered to www.getsetfly.in. www.getsetfly.in will not be held responsible for any delays, cancellations, financial and other losses due to the Governmental denial or delay in processing.

Fees and Payments: You agree to pay all fees and charges for the service offered by www.getsetfly.in (including “service fee” and “stamping fee”). For the “service fee”, you pay directly to www.getsetfly.in to get visa approval letter. For the “stamping fee” you pay to the Immigration officers at Vietnam airports. Requirements and fees related to the processing of Vietnam visas is subject to change, including, but not limited to, application forms and documentation required for visa issuance, which are subject to change without notice. After you make your payment, please send us your receipt of payment immediately, especially in some urgency, it is our basis to request visa for you in time.

Cancellation: The Vietnam Immigration Department runs a no refund policy on all Vietnam visa related fees as they charge for work done and not per granted visa, it is therefore important that should you wish to cancel your visa application with www.getsetfly.in you must contact us immediately to prevent any unnecessary cost being incurred. Once an application for an Approval letter has been made by us with the Immigration Department, we are unable to reimburse you the visa approval letter fee.

It is imperative that you supply us with all the correct information required for your requested visa at the time of your intended departure. www.getsetfly.in cannot be held responsibility for any visa granted incorrectly or refused entry due to incorrect visa information supplied by you. Though every effort will be made on our part to correct any visa issues prior to departure, no refund will be given by us in the event of false or incorrect information being supplied at the time of issuance. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you check your visa confirmation letter against your passport and personal information prior to departure.

Refund Policy: If for any reason you wish to cancel a service before your information was received by www.getsetfly.in, or before making the payment, you can do so without any penalties or charges by informing us via email or supporting hotline. You will receive a full refund of any fees paid for this particular service. However, if you decide to cancel after payment and the visa status being changed into “processing” and your visa application information has been sent to the Immigration as said above, no refund will be given and the service will be completed.

Emergency case: Please be reminded to call us immediately through our hotline if you may encounter any trouble with the visa at airport/Embassy for problem solving. If you do not, we will not be in charge of any trouble/refunding later due to this.
